What Boards Want, What Boards Need

Discussion Topic: We will discuss what board candidates should be thinking about in the pre-selection and interview process, and what boards are thinking about now in terms of qualifications, dynamics and challenges. DirectWomen is pleased that Lucy Marcus, an international leader in corporate governance, will lead this discussion. Lucy will bring the perspective of a board member, and she recently completed a board search so her observations will be timely.

Where and When: Simpson Thacher will be hosting this breakfast on April 14 at their offices at 425 Lexington Avenue. Coffee will be available from 8-8:30 and remarks will begin promptly at 8:30.
